Our membership leads the way
The Members of CCHC include 23 Catholic health systems. Each Member is represented by its Chief Executive Officer who is the Member Representative. The Members, through their respective Member Representatives oversee the Corporation's affairs and assure that the Corporation's actions are consistent with the Corporation's mission statement, purposes and philosophy as well as the ethical and religious directives of the Roman Catholic Church.
Board of directors
In addition to its Members, CCHC’s governance structure includes a 4-member Board of Directors responsible for managing the business affairs of the Corporation and assuring the objectives and policies of the Corporation are carried out in accordance with the Corporation’s statement of mission, Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Board criteria are designed to fit the direction of this unique membership forum.

Staff leadership
CCHC’s offices are located in the suburban Chicago area in Lisle, IL. Executive Director Roger Butler has provided executive leadership to CCHC since 1989.
